I personally have been conducting Home Buyer Seminars for Educational purposes in Lexington County. I would like to Poll or request feedback on a couple of topics
1- Do you feel the consumer would be interested in learning and benefiting from the knowledge of what a Short Sale is ? as a person trying to buy one or someone that needs help due to life changing events.
2- What would be some great topics or questions you would have about the home buying process? From Mortgages to Inspections. I am always trying to make this presentation better.
I believe that education is the key to everyone's success.
